About Dominant Enterprise

Dominant Enterprise is a Malaysian group whose subsidiaries make and sell engineered wood mouldings, laminated wood panels and related timber accessories. Its activities fall into three areas: manufacturing products such as primed fibreboard mouldings, wrapped mouldings and furniture components; distribution of wood products and building materials, which generates a large share of revenue; and investment and property holding. The group serves mainly the Malaysian market and also has a presence in Australia and other Asian countries.

How to qualify for the Dominant Enterprise dividend

  • Buy DOMINAN shares no later than Wednesday, 30 September 2026, the trading day before the ex-date.
  • Shares bought on or after the ex-date (1 Oct 2026) do not carry this dividend.
  • You can sell on or after the ex-date and still receive it — what matters is holding the shares into the entitlement date (2 Oct 2026).
  • No application is needed. The dividend is credited to the bank account linked to your CDS account on 23 Oct 2026.
  • On the ex-date the share price usually adjusts down by roughly the dividend amount.
